1. Service Role
We are a travel advisory agency, not the operator of flights, hotels or tours. All bookings are made on your behalf with third-party suppliers, whose own terms apply.
2. Your Information
You must provide accurate passport and contact details. We are not responsible for errors, missed flights or denied entry caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Payment
Planning fees are non-refundable. Full payment for travel arrangements is due by the specified deadline. Prices are subject to change until fully paid.
4. Cancellations
Refunds depend entirely on supplier policies. We will assist with requests but cannot guarantee refunds from third parties.
5. No Liability
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, injury or loss caused by suppliers, weather, government actions or other events outside our control. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
6. Privacy
Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and used only to complete your travel arrangements.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
