Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all travel advisory and booking services purchased through our website. Refunds are handled separately for our advisory fees and third-party travel products.
1. Advisory & Planning Fees
A full refund is available if you cancel before we commence itinerary planning (within 48 hours of payment).
Once itinerary drafting has started or the final travel plan has been delivered, planning and advisory fees are non-refundable.
If we fail to deliver the agreed service due to our own error, we will issue a full refund of the advisory fee.
2. Travel Bookings (Flights, Hotels, Tours, etc.)
We act only as an independent booking agent. All flights, accommodations, transfers and tour products are operated by third-party suppliers.
Refund eligibility and amounts are fully subject to each supplier’s official cancellation policy.
We will assist you in submitting refund requests, but we cannot guarantee approval or refund amounts from suppliers.
Any cancellation fees, penalties or admin charges imposed by suppliers will be deducted from your refund.
Confirmed non-refundable fares or rates cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Cancellation Request Process
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@chinazentopia.com.
Requests via chat, phone or social media do not count as formal notice.
The effective cancellation date is the date we receive your written request.
4. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control: natural disasters, war, government travel bans, pandemic restrictions, widespread airline cancellations, etc.
In such cases, we will refund the unearned portion of our advisory fee on a pro-rata basis.
Supplier refunds will be processed according to each supplier’s force majeure policy. We do not guarantee full refunds.
5. No Refund Will Be Issued For
Missed flights, denied boarding or entry caused by incorrect personal information, invalid passports/visas, or failure to arrive on time.
Services already rendered or partially used during your trip.
Cancellations due to your personal circumstances after bookings are confirmed.
Losses caused by your own conduct or failure to follow travel instructions.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Currency conversion differences or bank processing fees are not our responsibility.

We may revise this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
